Returns and Exchanges.
If you sadly have a problem with an item or it does not fit you and you would like return or exchange we must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt , please write a brief description of the problem and how we can help to rectify it for you. The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all labels still attached. We will not offer a full refund for item(s) with make-up stains and items that come back with a bad odour .
We are able to offer you a full refund but we are unable to cover delivery costs. In the case of an exchange, we will send your new item out free of charge. We strongly recommend you send your original item back via tracked and/or signed for postage as we do not take responsibility for returns that do not arrive to us.
Standard Delivery to amy UK address is FREE of charge no matter how much you spend .
We use Royal Mail as our carrier and we send items our First Class .Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delivery delays that our out of our control .
